Next show…. The Racing Car Show

First of all GD would like to wish you a happy new year!!

2009 kicks off with the annual Autosport Racing Car Show at the NEC. GD will be exhibiting in hall 19 stand 19910BG within the Pistonheads area.

The show is held from the 8th – 11th of January and you can book tickets straight from the website here.

““Autosport International, the world’s biggest motorsport show, provides a perfect start to the season with the NEC Birmingham filled with exciting cars, drivers and motorsport personalities.
The upcoming show promises a fresh look with a new layout that will see visitors enter directly in front of the all important Autosport Stage. A star-studded line-up of visitors have been invited from the world of Formula 1 as well as many other forms of motorsport.
Formula One’s top British scoring driver David Coulthard has already confirmed his attendance during both weekend days. To celebrate his career following his recently-announced retirement, we will display cars and karts from the DC Museum including the Red Bull Racing RB2 F1 car.
Also confirmed is the fellow Scot Allan McNish who this year celebrated a magnificent win in the Le Mans 24 Hours race.
One of the best ways to experience the thrill of motorsport is at the now-legendary Live Action Arena, which features a raft of improvements for 2009 and an even more spectacular range of demonstrations, as well as some breathtaking wheel-to-wheel racing. With some great competitions and extravagant stunts, is one of the event highlights.
From karting to Formula 1, every rung on the international motorsport ladder is represented: making the Autosport International Show a must for every enthusiast.
