Dear Andy

I am very rarely moved to put pen to paper, or rather finger to keyboard, but I felt I had to thank you and Meena, and Craig and Paul for the work that has been put into my car over the past 12 months, and the attention to detail, which is a philosophy within your company as a whole.

I am not going to say how good the actual product is as I feel that speaks for itself.  What I would like to concentrate on instead is the ethos that you have based your company around.  I have listed below a number of aspects of my build that have surprised me in the last 12 months.

• GD Staff working until the very small hours of the morning to get my car ready for the first show of the year.
• The ownership and resolution of a problem, when the problem was from a third party supplier. (Procharger)
• The team approach when working with direct suppliers, for example Ken at EDA.
• The subtle modifications to the cars set-up, which change its behaviour for the better.
• The patience displayed when answering stupid questions and bizarre requests, i.e. can I fit a supercharger.

The support I have had from GD as a whole has been very refreshing, and has been a refreshing change from the normal approach provided by some organisation I have worked with in the past.
